                                                           Notes before you start:

1. The first thing this diet fits all those weights, if you weigh over 80 kg, you need to increase the volume a bit

2. This system assumes that you take whey protein as a dietary supplement, but if you do not want to deal with dietary supplements, you can increase the amount of protein you eat normal food.



Breakfast
  1/ A cup of skim milk (250 ml) with the quantity of oats that suits you
 2/ Poached eggs (full) with bread or toast Brown
 3/ 4 egg whites (no yolk)
 4/30 grams almonds
 5/Large orange

Lunch
  1/ 150 grams of chicken breast
  2/ salade
  3/Small boiled potatoes
  4/Brown rice


Meal before exercise
  1/banana
  2/A tablespoon of peanut butter, low-fat

Meal after exercise
    1/A banana or an apple
    2/30 grams of the whey protein
    3/Piece of red meat (no fat)

Dinner
   1/100 grams Tuna
   2/Small dish salad
   3/Scoop whey protein
   4/And before going to sleep you can drink a cup skim milk
