How do I know if I am hydrated?

The easiest, most accurate way to measure your hydration is to look at the colour of your urine.

It should be pale yellow in colour and almost odourless.

If you are thirsty you are most likely already dehydrated, so keep sipping water throughout the entire day.

Symptoms of dehydration:

-dark yellow, strong-smelling urine
-tiredness/fatigue
-dry mouth, lips
-dizzy/lightheadedness
-infrequent visits to the bathroom

Dehydration can have a detrimental effect on your performance in the gym or during any form of exercise and can also lead to health problems. Make sure you stay hydrated.
